Review: Pasta Sisters

I've tried most of the pasta dishes at Pasta Sisters with the exception of the carbonara which is only available on Sundays.

So this past Sunday, I thought I'd finally get my chance to try it when I ended up there for dinner. Lo and behold, a sold out sign was slapped onto the board right when I was about three customers away from ordering. Rats, foiled again! I guess I need to go earlier next time. Alternatively, I ended up getting the salmon and cream sauce over tagliatelle which was also delicious. Carbonara - I'm coming for you one day!
